The system understands what the caller needs, answers questions about your services and availability, books jobs directly into your calendar, and sends you an instant SMS with the caller's name, address, and job type.

Speech Recognition
Converts caller speech to text in real time with accuracy above 95%. Handles regional accents including North East English naturally.
Language Understanding
Identifies what the caller wants — booking, pricing, availability, emergency — and responds with the right information from your configured knowledge base.
Calendar Integration
Connects with Google Calendar, Outlook and scheduling tools. Books jobs in real time during the call, with instant confirmation sent to caller and engineer.
Instant SMS Notification
After every call, you receive a text message with the full call summary — caller details, job type, address, and what was booked or discussed.
Filling your service book
This is what separates FirstPickUp from every other call handling service. We do not just answer your phone. We proactively call your customers on your behalf.
Six weeks before each customer's annual gas service is due, FirstPickUp calls them, reminds them, and books the appointment directly. No effort from you. Your service book fills itself.
Outbound calls also cover missed quote follow-ups and post-job check-in calls — the kind of calls that generate Google reviews and repeat business, but that most engineers never find time to make.

All call data is processed and stored in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Call recordings and transcripts are accessible only to you.
